What is your shipping policy?

For our pre-built PC's, we charge a flat rate of $20 shipping. For smaller items, such as pci cards and hard drives, we charge $15 shipping. If you want to use a shipping other than UPS ground, such as Overnight Express, please use our contact page to contact us directly.

What is your returns policy?

• Returns for refund
  Any item may be returned for a full refund at most 15 days after the date on your invoice. The refund must be authorized by one of our sales representatives, and 20% of the item's cost will be deducted as a restocking fee. Refunds do not include shipping costs.

• Returns for store credit
  Returns for store credit are done the same way as returns for refund, but are not subject to the restocking fee. If you are interested in returning an item for store credit, please contact us before you send it in. Store credit is applicable to everything in our inventory.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping charges are at your expense
  • Credit will only be issued after we have verified that your shipment has been recieved in the condition in which we sent it.
